Lakeland Apartments Trade for $8M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $7.9 million sale of Bentley Pines Apartments, a 112-unit apartment property located in Lakeland.

Jason Hague, Adam Podbelski and Ned Roberts of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a limited liability company.

Located at 2050 East Edgewood Dr., the garden-style community is in the heart of the I-4 Corridor, which has seen a large concentration of job creation and population growth recently.
