Lakefront Apartments Trade in Rogers Park
Essex Realty Group has brokered the sale of 7609 N. Eastlake Terr., a/k/a The Beach House Chicago. The property is comprised of five two-bedroom/two-bathroom units, and is one of only a few remaining lakefront apartment buildings in Chicago.
Doug Imber and Clay Maxfield represented the seller and procured the buyer. The purchaser, an affiliate of Becovic Management Group, was attracted to the property’s unobstructed lakefront views, newly-remodeled apartments with 1:1 parking, and private beach access.
Imber and Maxfield conducted over 15 tours and received multiple written offers within the first two weeks of marketing, and the property was under contract within three weeks. It sold for $1.6 million, representing the highest per-unit price for multifamily in Rogers Park this year.
