SVT Supply Chain Solutions' lease brings vacancy at Lake Zurich Industrial Park down to 2.1%

Lake Zurich Industrial Park Adds SVT to Tenant Roster

Cawley Chicago recently leased 39,400 square feet of space at Lake Zurich Industrial Park on behalf of Mapletree. Principal David Conroy, SVP Timothy Gallagher and associate Joe Shapiro helped execute the long-term lease to tenant SVT Supply Chain Solutions located at 580 Capital Dr.

“SVT’s occupancy takes the park’s vacancy to 2.1%,” said Conroy. “Rents in this industrial park continue to grow as vacancy rates in Lake Zurich have been at record low levels for the past 15 months.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Henrick represented the tenant. The Lake Zurich Industrial Park benefits from quick access to Route 53, providing convenient access to McHenry, Lake and Kane counties as well as O’Hare airport.
