Lake Travis Site of New Austin-Area Apartments

Aspen Heights Partners broke ground on a 186-unit multifamily community. It’s expecting to take tenants in the summer of 2024. Residents will be able to choose between layouts of one, two and three-bedrooms with a number of resort-style amenities.

Renters will be near employment opportunities such as Apple, Facebook and Amazon. In addition, they will have access to nearby Lake Travis. “Our latest property in Austin is located at the gateway of the Texas Hill Country, with access to outdoor activities such as hiking and boating at Lake Travis, as well as major retail and an ample supply of job opportunities,” says Aspen Heights David Helfrich.

Austin-based Aspen Heights has developed over 50 student housing and multifamily projects.
