Lactalis American Signs for Full Floor at 80 Pine St.

Lactalis American Group Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of French-based Lactalis Group, the world leader in dairy, has finalized a 16-year lease at the Rudin Family’s 80 Pine St. in the Financial District. The 1.2-million-square-foot office property is in the final stages of a capital improvement program.
 
The tenant, which manufactures in the U.S. under well-known brands like Président, Galbani, Stonyfield Organic, siggi’s and several others, has signed a 14,752-square-foot lease encompassing the building’s entire 35th floor. 

Lactalis is currently located at 77 Water St. and will move to 80 Pine in the fall of 2021. The space will house Lactalis’ New York City corporate offices.
 
Savills’ Erik Schmall, Peter Cipriano and Dan Thompson represented Lactalis. Rudin Management’s Kevin Daly and Tom Keating, along with a JLL agency team led by Frank Doyle, Alexander Chudnoff, Peter Riguardi, John Wheeler, Eliza Akers and Kyle Young, represented building ownership.
