Lacoste Leases Midtown Penthouse for Flagship Office
Lacoste USA has signed an 18,364-square-foot penthouse office space at 136 Madison Avenue in Midtown with Williams Equities. The location will serve as its flagship office.
The French clothing and accessories brand is relocating from Midtown to this boutique Midtown South property. The move is planned for Q2 2024, pending a custom build-out by the building’s ownership. 136 Madison Avenue is a 17-story, 300,000-square-foot, turn-of-the-century property, tenants include Syracuse University, Regus, Bernhardt Furniture, Wacoal, impact.com, and Green Key, among others.
Mac Roos, Andrew Roos, Michael T. Cohen, and Jessica Verdi of Colliers International represented ownership in the new transaction. Eric Deutsch, Jared Freede, and Anthony Manginelli of CBRE represented Lacoste USA in the transaction. Freddie Majid with Lacoste USA handled the negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
