Lack of Available Inventory in North Orange County Leads to Multiple Offers
A highly coveted showroom on Anaheim’s “Tile Mile” recently sold to a bathroom vanity distributor under T&T Brother Investment LLC. The high-image 14,400-square-foot freestanding building is located at 1330 South State College Blvd. on the signalized corner of State College Boulevard and Winston Road.
The buyer will occupy the building and utilize the property as a showroom with plans to further expand in the Greater Los Angeles region. Buildings located on Tile-Mile rarely sell, making this a highly desirable opportunity to purchase in the North Orange County market.

“The lack of available inventory in North Orange County, the above-standard finishes and high-identity location of the building allowed us to generate multiple offers for the seller and obtain a higher watermark sale value for the property,” says Chastain.
