DSF Group is now the owner of the 412-unit La Rochelle, an apartment complex in New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York. HFF represented the seller, 255 Huguenot Street Corp., which came away from the transaction with $148.5 million. Jose Cruz, Kevin O’Hearn, Michael Oliver, Stephen Simonelli and Andrew Scandalios with HFF led the investment sales team on behalf of the seller.

The complex at 255 Huguenot St. has studio, one, two and three-bedroom units, along with loft-style apartments and penthouse suites. The property also comes with 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a 422-space parking garage, and rights to develop another 40-story residential tower. The asset is adjacent to the New Rochelle transit station.
