La Quinta Inn & Suites Opens on Orlando’s International Drive
A new La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham has opened its doors on Orlando’s International Drive. The 101-room hotel is located two miles from attractions such as SeaWorld and the Orange County Convention Center. The hotel was developed by Riviera Point Invest + Develop
Located at 11545 International Dr., the four-story property cost $20 million to build and is the first phase of a dual brand hotel. The second phase will consist of a 98-room Tryp by Wyndham, which is currently under construction, and is expected to cost an additional $20 million to construct. It is expected to open in early 2020.
The new La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham was funded primarily with foreign capital from Latin America. The hotel will include a fitness center, pool and a restaurant. With contemporary architecture, La Quinta Inn & Suites’ brand combines iconic brand elements with clean geometric lines.
