The Hyatt Regency in La Jolla is being sold for $118 million. This doesn’t surprise us that much. Who DOESN’T want to own a hotel is La Jolla? The buyers and are LLC’s that probably won’t resonate with most readers. The sellers are Strategic Hotels and Resorts.
