LA County Expands Footprint at SAG-AFTRA Plaza

JLL has signed Los Angeles County to a new 43,798-square-foot office lease at SAG-AFTRA Plaza, an 11-story 530,000-square-foot Class A office building at 5757 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile submarket.  The county is expanding from 35,548 square feet.

The new lease comes a few months after the landlord J.H. Snyder completed an extensive renovation of SAG-AFTRA Plaza. JLL’s Michael Freiberg represented Los Angeles County in the lease. J.H. Snyder was represented by Micheal Geller, Ben Silver and Greg Astor, also of JLL.

“This lease underscores Los Angeles County’s commitment to providing services in this area,” said Freiberg. “The county chose to remain in this building because of its proximity to its clients as well as the onsite and surrounding amenities for its staff.”

Silver added, “We continue to see companies make leasing decisions based on culture building, collaboration, amenities and access to labor.”
