La Cima’s Master-Planned Community Includes 45-Acre Central Park

Taylor Morrison recently secured 60 home sites in La Cima, a 2,400 acre master-planned community in San Marcos, just five minutes west of I-35 South and FM 3970. Homes are priced from the low $400s and range from 1,670 to 3,700 square feet.

“La Cima is in a great location and its amenities including a 45-acre Central Park embrace the character of the Hill Country, offering residents a place to live, work and play in nature,” said April Whitaker, Taylor Morrison division president for Austin.

The one and two-story floorplans have generous square footage as well as options for a fifth bedroom and a three-car garage. La Cima amenities will feature 800 acres of parks and open space, 10-plus miles of trails, a workout room, recreational fields, an eight-lane Junior Olympic swimming pool and a family pool. Nearby outdoor recreation is available at San Marcos at Comal River, Wonder World Cave and Park, and the Purgatory Creek Natural Area.
