Michael Hong, the founder of Michael Hong Architects in Culver City, has worked on some of the most significant mega projects around the world.

The project he designed that will likely be most familiar to our readers is Wynn Resorts’ Bellagio in Las Vegas, but his scope has gone across the globe. For Wynn, he also worked on a facility in Macau, where he is also part of the team on on a new project there.

Wong, who grew up in South Korea, is also planning a 10-million-square-foot development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will include retail, residential and hospitality. Additionally, he was the master planner of Baha Mar in The Bahamas, which, at a $3.5-billion price tag, combines a resort, casino, convention center, hotel and retail-entertainment.
