St. John Properties has signed KYOCERA Document Solutions Mid-Atlantic for 12,148 square feet of space at 1320 Innovation Street, a 42,120-square-foot single-story flex/R&D building in the Greenleigh community of Baltimore, MD.

Alaina McCracken of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Ryan Burrows and Rob Schmidt of JLL represented the client.

1320 Innovation Street is equipped with 18-foot ceiling heights, dock and drive-in loading capabilities and a free surface parking lot. The building has received a LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and offers an eco-friendly environment.

St. John Properties, together with partner Somerset Construction Company, initiated development activities on Greenleigh in 2007. Upon completion, Greenleigh will include 1,900 residential units including single-family, townhome and multifamily along with nearly two million square feet of commercial office space. In total, the development will support more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and hospitality space.
