Kwangwon USA and YS Expand Business with Bloomington Buy

The industrial park located at 18750 Orange St. in Bloomington features 184,770 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. It is strategically positioned in proximity to the 10 and 215 freeways. Kwangwon USA Inc. and YS & Son Company recently purchased the facility for $30.8 million.

The new manufacturing facility was initially slated for leasing at the end of 2019. The United States Postal Service briefly occupied the space during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic before being purchased by the buyers in 2021.

Senior executive vice president James Min and the Colliers Korean corporate solutions desk facilitated the transaction on behalf of the buyers. The client partnered with Colliers to expand its business from Korea to the Greater Los Angeles market, an important gateway to Asia.
