Kushner Plans 737 Apartments in DUMBO
Kushner Companies has filed its plans with the City’s Department of Buildings for 85 Jay St. in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood.
The developer and its partners, CIM Group and LIVWRK, want to create a 21-story tower designed by architect Morris Adjmi, with 737 apartments and 60,017 square feet of commercial space, according to coverage in The Real Deal.
Kushner paid $345 million for the 135,000-square-foot development site in December 2016.
