Kuraray America Takes Down 466K SF

Kuraray America signed a long-term lease for two new build-to-suit structures totaling 465,851 square feet in Pasadena, TX. Kuraray America, an affiliate of Tokyo-based Kuraray Co. Ltd., will be the first tenant in Bayport Logistics Park, Avera Cos.’ 185-acre industrial complex, located near the Port of Houston.

John Littman with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, which produces specialty chemical, fiber and resin. Jason Dillee, also with Cushman & Wakefield, negotiated on behalf of Avera.

Bayport Logistics Park is on Underwood Road, south of Fairmont Parkway, within the Bayport Industrial District. The rail-served park is also close to the Port of Houston’s Barbour’s Cut and Bayport container terminals.
