Kudan Group Completes Quartet of F&B Sales
Kudan Group recently facilitated the sale of four food and beverage retail spaces in Chicago’s West Loop, Logan Square and Uptown neighborhoods. Pricing was not disclosed. The sales were as follows:
A pair of West Loop staples, Morgan Street Café (pictured) and M2 Café, changed hands. The new owner will continue to operate under the same name and café concept.
Carol’s Pub at 4659 N. Clark St. recently sold in a transaction negotiated by Kudan Group’s Adam Salamon and Juan Carlos Gomez. Daniel Rubinow of License Law Group helped facilitate the sale on behalf of Carol’s Pub. A new venue is slated to open in this Uptown location later this year.
Kudan’s Brian Laskov represented Max Real Estate in the sale of its property and business at 2833 W. Armitage. The 2,500-square-foot site formerly housed Ugo’s Kitchen. Future plans for the Logan Square spot are yet to be determined.
