The Kudan Group’s Chad Severson represented Ken and Kim Krauss in the sale of Krauss’ Gaslite Lounge in Oak Lawn, IL. Deal terms were not disclosed. The neighborhood lounge has been in the Krauss family, and a community staple, for the past 30 years.

Located at 5130 95th St. in the heart of Oak Lawn’s downtown district, Krauss’ is steps from a number of national retailers that include Starbuck’s, Cold Stone Creamery, Lou Malnati’s and Potbelly.
