Kudan Brokers Bolingbrook Restaurant Sale/Lease

The Kudan Group’s Chad Severson recently facilitated the sale and lease assignment of Chick N Run Restaurant at 126 W. Boughton Rd. in Bolingbrook, IL, a southwestern suburb of Chicago. Deal terms were not disclosed.

The 1,500-square-foot freestanding restaurant includes a 1,200-square-foot patio, and is located near the busy intersection of Boughton Road and Route 53. A combination project, Shrimp Maxx/JJ Fish and Chicken, is slated to open there this month.

This will be the operator’s fifth location, and its second in Illinois. The operator currently owns Sharks Chicken and Fish in Lansing, IL and Hammond, IN, as well as two JJ Fish and Chicken locations in Hammond and Merrillville, IN.
