KTGY Names Bryan Sevy as Principal in Irvine

Architecture firm KTGY has announced that former Associate Principal Bryan Sevy has been named as Principal and will be based in Irvine, CA. “Brian Sevy’s promotion will come as no surprise to those who have had the privilege of working with him,” said Tricia Esser, CEO of KTGY.

Sevy joined KTGY as project designer after graduating from Cal Poly SLO with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2002. Sevy offers a comprehensive understanding of land development and builder processes that are inherent to residential and mixed-use communities.

“Bryan has established himself as a sought-after designer and project leader in the industry for his depth of knowledge and experience and for listening intently to clients to design a wide variety of creative projects,” said KTGY managing principal Chris Texter. “As principal, Bryan strengthens KTGY through his leadership, cultivating designers and embracing each client and project with the utmost importance.”
