KTGY Designs 17-Acre SFV Life Plan Community
Orange County-based KTGY Architecture + Planning unveiled design plans for Warner Center Life Plan Community, a 695-unit senior-living neighborhood in Los Angeles’ Woodland Hills. The project’s developer is Menlo Park, CA-based Spieker Senior Development Partners, which is eying a 2020 ground breaking date.
KTGY’s Ben Seager says, “The multiple, high-end amenities reflect the comprehensive approach of this Life Plan Community. It offers comfortable aging in place for multiple life stages, from the very active and agile, to those who require nursing care. The unit sizes very widely as well, from studios to three-bedroom suites.”
The six-story community is set on 17 ½ acres at Canoga Avenue and Burbank Boulevard. The development includes 566 independent-living units, 65 assisted living units, 20 memory-care units and 76 skilled nursing beds. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, auditorium and theater, library, arts and crafts, salon, billiard room, restaurants and bistros.
