KTGY-Designed Artisan Alley Capitalizes on Craft Brew Craze

Orange County-based Civic Partners selected Irvine, CA-based KTGY Architecture + Planning to design Artisan Alley at The Diamond in Lake Elsinore, CA. The proposed 95,000-square-foot retail development adds a creative, commercial destination envisioned to energize the Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium neighboring area.

Plans for the 11-acre site include retail and restaurant space, as well as a 130-room hotel. Artisan Alley will offer an “immersive experience,” including a variety of craft breweries, as well as complementary non-traditional food offerings and retailers.

KTGY’s Simon Perkowitz says, “Inspired by the repurposing of old industrial sites, the architectural design will echo the warehouse roots of many craft breweries and art collectives with its varied textures and simple forms.”

Colliers International’s Rene Brochier and Riedy Commercial Real Estate’s Philip Riedy are handling the leasing and pad site sales.
