KT Urban Submits Massive High-Rise Proposal for San Jose’s CBD

KT Urban, downtown San Jose’s notable high-rise developer, has submitted a concept to the San Jose Planning department for two residential towers to be developed on the nearly 1.6-acre space at 70 S. Almaden Ave.The space is currently occupied by a Greyhound bus terminal.

The concept is preliminary and requires feedback, but if it were to be approved, the two towers would include 700 units and mark the largest unit count project proposed for the CBD.

KT Urban is in contract to purchase the land parcel from Greyhound as the transportation giant looks to move its bus terminal to Diridon Station.
