KS Partners Secures 117K SF in Office Leases at Highwood Office Park in Tewksbury
KS Partners LLC has secured nine office leases totaling 117,769 square feet at the Highwood Office Park in Tewksbury. Located at 1, 2 and 3 Highwood Drive, the three-building office park is approximately 20 miles northwest of Boston.
The leases include CH Robinson, which signed a 5,773-square-foot lease; TTI, which signed a 7,372-square-foot lease; ACS, which signed a 7,500-square-foot lease; MFA, which signed a 41,741-square-foot lease; Smart Modular, which signed a 7,648-square-foot lease; Corvia Medical, which signed a 21,457-square-foot lease; Northstar, which signed a 14,971-square-foot lease; Draper & Kramer, which signed a 3,459-square-foot lease; and Cast Navigation, which signed a 7,874-square-foot lease.
Michael Dalton and Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield represented KS Partners in the lease transactions.
