Oak Brook-based Krusinski Construction Company (KCC) has completed a tenant build-out for Cooper&Hunter within the IAC – Wintergreen development in Hutchins, Texas. Cooper&Hunter now occupies the remaining 266,788 square feet of the multi-tenant facility.
