Kronos’ 435,000-SF Lease Largest in Boston Area

Kronos Inc.’s planned headquarters relocation has led to a 435,000-square-foot lease at CrossPoint in Lowell, MA. The 12-year lease is one of the largest office lease relocations in the region within the past 10 years, and it is the largest real estate deal this year in the greater Boston area.

The buildout at CrossPoint, located at the intersection of Route 3 and Interstate 495, will begin in June. Kronos, a workforce management firm, will move in mid-2017. The company will occupy one whole tower, and an additional 35,000 square feet in the other. Currently, Kronos occupies 330,000 square feet in Chelmsford, MA.
