Colliers has facilitated the sale of Spartan Square, a 180,346-square-foot shopping center in Salem, VA, for $16.5 million

Kroger-Anchored Retail Center in Roanoke Trades Hands for $17M

Colliers has facilitated the sale of Spartan Square, a 180,346-square-foot shopping center in the Roanoke submarket of Salem, VA, for $16.5 million. The property on West Main Street was acquired by a joint venture between Essential Growth Acquisition Properties and Viking Partners.

A Colliers team of Will Bradley, Mark Williford, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the seller, Spartan Square Limited Partnership.

Spartan Square is anchored by Kroger. It 91% leased to a mix of best-in-class tenancy, including Dollar Tree, Pet Supplies Plus, Starbucks and Truist, and features a weighted average tenure of over 24 years.
