C&W’s Executive Director Leaves To Join CBRE

Bob Kraynak, a 20-year CRE veteran, has left Cushman & Wakefield to join CBRE Group Inc. as an executive vice president in advisory and transaction services in the company’s San Francisco Office. Kraynak previously served as executive director with C&W.

As a top producer with Cushman and a member of the Chairman’s Circle, Kraynak said he was attracted to CBRE because of its “market dominance in San Francisco and impressive leasing platform.” Although there’s been somewhat of a slowdown in the City’s tech industry and its related office sector, Kraynak believes the market is still very strong.  

Kraynak’s career at C&W began in 2005. Prior to that, he held positions at MetLife, CIM Group, CalPERS, Westfield and other notable industry leaders.
