Kramer-Wilson Expands CRE Portfolio

Encino, CA-based Kramer-Wilson Co. Inc. acquired Chandler Midway Corporate Center, a 111,800-square-foot office project in Chandler, AZ for $23.3 million. The property includes twin 55,900-square-foot buildings that were sold by entities affiliated with Phoenix-based ViaWest Properties LLC.

Located at 5670 and 5710 W. Chandler Blvd., the fully-leased assets were built in 2007 and are situated on 4.5-acre parcels.

CBRE’s Barry Gabel and Chris Marchildon represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.

Kramer-Wilson Co. is using the proceeds from the sale of the Wilson family’s Century-National Insurance Co. to assemble a real estate portfolio in Arizona, California, Texas, Colorado, Oregon, Washington and Florida. It has invested $90.65 million in four Phoenix area assets, totaling more than 460,000 square feet.

Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
