Kraig Heeter to Serve as President of SIOR Foundation
Kidder Mathews’ Kraig Heeter, SIOR, has begun his one-year term as President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Foundation.
Heeter is an Executive Vice President in South Seattle with more than two decades of experience specializing in industrial properties. He has been an SIOR designee since 2016 and previously served as President of the Washington State SIOR Chapter.
“The SIOR Foundation has a strong record of delivering measurable impact across the commercial real estate industry,” said Heeter. “I’m excited to work with my colleagues to expand that impact, support our members, and foster the growth of future leaders.”
Founded over 80 years ago, the SIOR Foundation has 4,000 members in 50 countries. The SIOR designation is awarded to individuals who meet certain gross revenue and transaction standards, education, ethics, and endorsements. Kidder Mathews counts 42 SIOR designees on its roster of brokers.
