KPS Completes Good Shepherd Inpatient Rehab Hospital

Memphis-based KPS Development Partners has completed Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network‘s new inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Center Valley, PA.

“KPS had the pleasure of working with Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network for the past four years to make their new inpatient rehabilitation hospital a reality,” said KPS CEO Scott Kern. “Delivering a healthcare project takes great attention to detail given the strict guidelines that must be followed, medical and accessibility considerations, and the sheer size and layout of the space. We’re extremely proud that we delivered such an important project to the Lehigh Valley community that will bring value to those in need for years to come.”

The 123,000-square-foot facility has 76 private patient rooms. The project team included KPS as development managers and owner’s representative, PurePM as construction and project managers, FCA Architects, Pennoni & Associates as civil engineers, IMC Construction as general contractor, and Madison Art Consulting as artwork consultant.
