KPMG LLP unveiled plans to build a state-of-the-art learning, development and innovation facility in Orlando, FL’s Lake Nona master-planned community. Construction on the 55-acre campus is scheduled to begin in spring. Completion is anticipated in late 2019.
The campus will offer meeting and learning areas that can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees, as well as an Innovation Center targeted toward team collaboration and client interaction. The facility will also offer 800 guest rooms, fitness and outdoor recreational facilities and on-site food and beverage areas. The campus will also have a KPMG museum.
Gensler is the designer of record. KPMG anticipates creating at least 80 jobs at the facility, as well as 250 third-party contract operator positions.
