Kotel Investments Expands South Texas Portfolio

Kotel Investments of Woodlands Hills, CA, boosted its area portfolio by 52,450 square feet. Specifically, the buyer closed on four properties throughout the San Antonio area, which will be managed by Kotel Investments MGMT Inc.

The portfolio consisted of

• A 5,450-square-foot office warehouse at 13607 Topper Circle (Seller: Thomas W. Knutson)
• A 200,000-square-foot office warehouse at 10500 Broadway St. (Seller: BDRW Ltd. Partnership)
• A 13,000-square-foot office warehouse at 819 and 823 S. Laredo St. (Seller: Manuppelli Scott Heritage)
• A 14,000-square-foot retail center at 8121 Culebra Rd. (Seller: Jim & Ursula Gaines)

Kotel also recently sold the 50,175-square-foot Bratton Lane Commercial Park in Austin to an undisclosed buyer.
