Korea’s Shinhan Bank Signs Full-Floor Lease in Midtown
In a long-term transaction arranged by CBRE, Shinhan Bank, one of Korea’s largest financial institutions, has inked a 15,279-square-foot office lease at 750 Seventh Ave. Shinhan Bank will occupy the entire 26th floor of the 36-story, Class A office tower located in Midtown and owned by 750 Seventh Ave NY LLC.
The CBRE team of Howard Fiddle, Brett Shannon, Arkady Smolyanky, Evan Fiddle and Jacob Rosenthal represented ownership. Shinhan Bank was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Matthias Li and Cole Chartash
“The space on the 26th floor is exceptional,” said Howard Fiddle. “We are thrilled to be able to accommodate Shinhan Bank’s real estate requirements for high-quality office space in one of the premier locations in Manhattan.”
With the finalization of the transaction with Shinhan Bank, 750 Seventh Ave. is now 91% leased.
