KORE Pays $28.5M for 117K-SF Englewood Office Building
Beacon Capital Partners sold a four-story office building in Englewood, Colorado for $28.5 million. KORE Investments was the buyer of the 117,000-square-foot building at 169 Inverness. Beacon had previously purchased it in 2019 for $27 million.
The property was 96% at the time of the sale. The building features tenants such as UnitedHealthcare, Leidos, CSG Systems, and Goosehead, as well as amenities including a fitness center, outdoor seating, and conference facilities.
The Denver Business Journal reports that the site includes mixed-use zoning, allowing Kore the option to add more density to the surrounding land at a later date. In 2024, Kore bought a 192,400-square-foot office building in Lone Tree for $18 million, less than half the price the seller paid in 2015.
