Koontz Corporation Sells College Station Multifamily Asset

Koontz Corporation sold the Encino Trace Luxury Apartment Homes, a 340-unit apartment complex located in College Station, Texas to SB Pacific Group. Will Balthrope, Drew Garza and Jennifer Campbell of Institutional Property Advisors brokered the sale on behalf of the Koontz Corporation.

Koontz built the project and just finished it in January of 2022. The 14-building, stone and stucco development is on 14 acres just two miles from the Texas A & M campus. CEO Bart Koontz is happy with the result, “Encino Trace Luxury Apartment Homes is a prime example of our experience in developing luxury apartment homes in our region. We are pleased that SB Pacific Group recognized the value we created.”

Koontz has developed 22 multifamily communities, as well as office, medical, retail and industrial projects.
