Kolter Urban buys Naples spot for $92M

Kolter Urban Pays $92.5M for Naples Construction Site

Kolter Urban closed on a 3.07-acre site at 3300 Gulf Shore Blvd. in Naples, Florida, for $92.5 million.

Kolter’s Brian Van Slyke added, “This latest acquisition, nestled between the Outer Doctor’s Bay and Gulf of Mexico, represents Kolter Urban’s ongoing commitment to creating exceptional waterfront living experiences.”

The project will be designed by MHK Architecture. The company says it will have further details later.

In addition to the 3300 Gulf Shore Drive acquisition, Kolter Urban recently closed on another site in Naples—a beachfront development at 1121 Gulf Shore Blvd. North. The company’s projects also include developments such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sarasota, Saltaire St. Petersburg, ONE St. Petersburg, and Hyde Park House in Tampa, as well as communities currently under development along both coasts of Florida. Notable projects include The Island at West Bay Club, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, ONE Tampa, and Selene Oceanfront Residences in Fort Lauderdale.
