Koll Claims Corona Office Asset
Irvine, CA-based The Koll Company acquired a 65,000-square-foot office building in Corona, CA that’s leased primarily by nationally leading companies. The building, located at 2280 Wardlow Circle and adjacent to the 91 Freeway between Orange and Riverside counties, is 96% occupied.
The Koll Company’s Scott Lanni notes nearly two-thirds of the building’s tenants are nationally recognized companies. They include D.R. Horton, ranked as America’s No. 1 Homebuilder since 2002 by Builder Magazine, and Penske Logistics, a global leader in transportation, warehousing and freight management.
CBRE’s Anthony DeLorenzo represented the unnamed seller, while The Koll Company was self-represented in the transaction. The lender was California Bank & Trust.
