Kohler, in partnership with plumbing, heating and industrial supply distributor Hajoca Corp., will be opening its first Dallas-area Signature Store. The 3,660-square-foot store, on the ground level of Knox Heights in Dallas’ Uptown submarket, will open early next year.

The Kohler Signature Store will be a one-stop bath and kitchen store, with brands shown in fully designed bath and kitchen suites and rooms. The store will provide services for trade professionals and consumers, and will offer full design services for both kitchen and bath.

Knox Heights, at 4646 McKinney Ave., is a six-story, mixed-use property with 182 high-end residential rental units, and 13,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. The development topped out in June. High Street Residential is the developer.
