Koeppel Rosen Arranges Three Office Leases in Midtown, Midtown South

Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, has arranged nearly 18,000 square feet of new office space leases, comprised of separate transactions at three different properties in the company’s portfolio.  Max Koeppel represented Koeppel Rosen in-house on all three leases. The transactions include the following:

  • MNRK Music Group L.P., an independent music company, has agreed to a 7,629-square-foot lease at 443 Park Ave. SouthThe lease includes a seven-year, seven-month termt.  Luke Dillmeier, Patrick Heeg, and Thomas Hines with Transwestern represented the tenant.
  • AL Diamond Home Products LLC, an importer and distributor of household goods, has agreed to a 7,272-square-foot lease at 20 W. 36th St. The lease includes a seven-year, seven-month term. Joel Kubie with Benchmark represented the tenant.
  • Kevin V. Lehman DDS, a New York City dental practice, has agreed to a 3,096-square-foot lease at 154 W. 14th St. The lease includes a 12-year, 10-month term. Todd Hershmann and Josh Gosin with Newmark represented the tenant.
