Knowledge Park in Marlborough Secures 16K SF of Leasing Activity

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has secured new lease deals, expansions and renewals totaling approximately 16,000 square feet within Knowledge Park in Marlborough, MA.

Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the property in the lease negotiations.

Knowledge Park has welcomed new tenants Synergy Wealth Partners, Family Counseling Associates and the Law Offices of Christina Ramirez. Wyebot and Ardent Staffing have renewed and expanded their spaces, while Blakeslee Prestress and Dalbar Inc., have renewed.

Knowledge Park consists of three buildings for a total of 161,000 square feet located on Route 20 directly off I-495. CB Equities purchased the asset in 2017 and has made improvements such as a gathering space with a free Starbucks coffee machine, comfortable coworking rooms, outdoor patio, a fitness center and a business lounge.

The campus is managed by Dartmouth Property Management.
