Knotel Takes the Last Available Office Space at 560 Lexington

The office tower at 560 Lexington Ave. is now 100%-occupied, thanks to a new 17,000-square-foot lease by flexible office space provider Knotel.

“Knotel is a prime example of the 21st Century firms who are discovering 560 Lexington Avenue’s vitality in terms of transportation, proximity to dining and shopping and entertainment,” said Michael Rudin of Rudin Management Company.

Knotel will open its new location in the first quarter of 2018, filling the seventh floor of the 22-story, 400,000-square-foot property. Rudin worked with architecture firm Skidmore Owings and Merrill to brighten the building’s covered pedestrian space, create a new lobby, and build a glass-enclosed subway entrance.
