Knotel Signs on at Moinian’s 60 Madison

Knotel signed on for 56,100 square feet in The Moinian Group’s 60 Madison Ave. office property adjacent to Madison Square Park. Terms weren’t disclosed for the three-floor lease.

No brokers were disclosed in the 60 Madison transaction. An NKF team of Greg Wang and Brandon Cooperstock handles leasing at the Moinian property.

“Knotel is expanding steadily, as owners continue to understand the value we bring to their portfolios and seek out the capital efficiency of our approach,” said Eugene Lee, Knotel’s CIO and global head of real estate. “Our growth is a testament to the surging demand for flexible office from large enterprises, and having more than 100 locations in New York alone highlights our unique ability to be where our clients want.”

Since 2016, Knotel has grown to more than 200 buildings encompassing in excess of four million square feet, with locations in 15 domestic and foreign markets.
