Knotel Signs Deals at Two Fifth Ave. Locations

Thor Equities has leased a combined 17,600 square feet at two Fifth Avenue properties to Knotel. The flexible office space company leased 11,200 square feet at 590 Fifth Ave. and another 6,400 square feet at 597 Fifth Ave., historically known as the Scribner Building

“Near iconic destinations and some of the best shopping and dining the city has to offer, these properties are easily accessible and provide a perfect location for tenants to work and play,” said Thor chairman and CEO Joseph Sitt. “Thor is thrilled to play a role in the company’s expansion and cannot wait to see what is next for Knotel.”

The leasing agents for 590 and 597 Fifth—an Avison Young team of Arthur Mirante, John Ryan, Patrick Steffens and Dominic Perkovic—represented the landlord in the transaction along with Thor Equities’ Adam Lavinsky. Robbie Chattah and Aziz Kabbaj of Sitt Ventures represented Knotel.
