Knotel Leases 17K-SF in Flatiron District

Knotel Inc. has signed a lease for 17,464 square feet of space at 373 Park Ave. South, a 102,552 square-foot property in Manhattan’s Flatiron District.

The company provides shared office space in custom locations. “This transaction speaks volumes about the emergence of 373 Park Ave. South as a destination for TAMI companies,” said Kate Goodman, co-president of building owner and manager ATCO Properties & Management, which represented itself, as did the tenant. Asking rent was $62 per square foot.

Over the last 12 months, ATCO has achieved more than 20,000 square feet of transactions at the 12-story property, built in 1910. That includes upscale co-working organization NeueHouse and French bakery company Masion Kayer. Other major tenants include Hanky Panky, Advanced Focus and Deetown Music.
