Knotel Expands San Francisco Footprint with Three More Locations

Knotel established three more locations in San Francisco, as the agile workspace provider’s growth momentum continues. The company signed agreements for spaces totaling roughly 11,500 square feet at three properties – 580 Market Street (4,539 square feet), 109 Stevenson (4,000 square feet), and 49 Drumm (2,980 square feet).

The San Francisco Knotel portfolio now encompasses 16 locations totaling nearly 160,000 square feet. Most of that growth has occurred in the past six months. The San Francisco expansion comes on the heels of a $60-million round of funding led by Norwest Venture Partners, a move that will help accelerate Knotel’s rapid growth.

Colton Commercial’s Brad Colton represented Eiselman at 109 Stevenson, while TRI Commercial’s Jean Ko represented Ketchum at 49 Drumm, and Sansome Street Advisors’ Pat Hubbard represented PREF 580 Market LLC at 580 Market Street. HelloOffice’s Justin Bedecarre, Blake Stanley and Bryan Emmanuel represented Knotel.
