Knotel Establishes Tribeca Location

Flexible workspace provider Knotel has signed up for 10 years and 12,500 square feet at 80 White St. in Tribeca. Lee & Associates’ Gregory Gang and Catherine O’Toole property owner General Hardware Manufacturing Co., while Knotel was unrepresented.

“Knotel has been on the fast track to growth since the company was founded in 2016,” said Gang. “Tribeca is an enormously desirable neighborhood in which to work, meaning that this new Knotel location will be able to attract top-tier companies. I believe they chose 80 White St. both for the prime location as well as the accommodating ownership.”

The 32,000-square-foot 80 White St. was built in 1867 as a carpet warehouse. Its longtime ownership renovated the five-story property in the Tribeca East Historic District for a mix of office, retail and gallery space.

Knotel plans to occupy its space beginning in September.
