Knotel Closes on $70M Series B Round

Workspace provider Knotel has closed a $70-million Series B financing. The round was led by NKF and The Sapir Organization, and included The Wolfson Group, The Moinian Group and Wainbridge Capital.

“We’re just getting started,” said Amol Sarva, Knotel’s co-founder and CEO. “Giving companies the freedom of agility has been our mission from the start, and adding these partners to the team is both a validation and gateway.”

Having already opened 40 locations totaling nearly one million square feet in New York City, San Francisco and London, Knotel plans to use its new funding to more than double in size this year and deepen its coverage in core and new markets among mid-market and enterprise businesses. Its tenant roster runs to more than 200 companies, including Starbucks, Stash, and King.

Previous investors from its 2017 Series A round included Bloomberg Beta, Invest AG, Observer Capital, Rocket Internet and 500 Startups.
