Knotel Adds 250 Hudson St. to Its Workspace Roster

Continuing its rapid expansion, agile workspace provider Knotel has signed up for 19,563 square feet at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 250 Hudson St. Knotel’s new space encompasses a large portion of the Hudson Square property’s third floor.

“With our successful redevelopment and outstanding Hudson Square location, 250 Hudson Street has become a magnet for innovative and entrepreneurial firms,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons. “We believe Knotel will be an excellent addition to our growing tenant roster at the building.”

NKF’s Michael Morris and Greg DiGioia represented Knotel in negotiations. Brett Greenberg and Adam Rappaport of Jack Resnick & Sons represented building ownership in-house.

Knotel, which designs, builds and operates custom spaces for companies with 50 or more employees, has opened more than 70 locations since its 2016 founding. It’s slated to add the 250 Hudson space to its roster in December.
